• Contact form details. If you use the contact form, your name, phone number, optional email, interest and message are sent to our team so we can reply. The website itself does not store your submission in a public database.
• Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or other channels, which we keep to respond to you.
• Basic server logs. Our web server may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Account & Data Deletion (Google Play & App Users)

If you use our Android mobile apps (including IT Ops and REMS on Google Play) or web applications and wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you can submit a request directly via our dedicated Data Deletion Request Page.

Upon receipt and identity verification of your request, your active account credentials and session tokens will be revoked immediately, and all personal details, profile data, device tokens, and GPS attendance logs will be permanently deleted from our production servers within 30 days, in compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and India's DPDP Act 2023. Certain statutory billing records (such as GST invoices) may be retained as mandated by Indian law.
