Data That Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, the following categories of data are permanently deleted:

Account & Auth: Username, password hashes, OAuth tokens, and email credentials.
Profile & Personal Info: Full name, phone number, profile photo, and role designations.
Location & Attendance Data: GPS check-in/out coordinates, timestamps, and route history recorded by technicians.
Device Identifiers: Push notification tokens (FCM), mobile operating system versions, and IP audit logs.

Data That May Be Retained

As permitted under Google Play policies and statutory laws, certain limited records cannot be immediately erased:

Tax & Financial Invoices: Commercial transaction invoices, GST filings, and payment receipts must be retained for 7 years as mandated by Indian statutory tax laws.
Security & Fraud Prevention Logs: Redacted security access logs are retained in cold storage for up to 90 days to prevent malicious attacks and fraud.
